We will replace or refund most un-stitched suits/items only provided they are returned complete unused and in their original packaging with any appropriate labels and tags intact within 7 days of receipt. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in the form of a credit note, and a credit note will automatically be emailed to you within 5-10 working days, however please allow a maximum of 20 days during busy periods.
Please note: We only offer refunds in the form of a credit note.
We cannot accept any return or exchange after any type of customization on our un-stitched item.
We also cannot accept any return or exchange on our items in sale.We are unable to provide a free returns service, and therefore all return postage costs need to cover by the customer.
Please note we do not refund any postage costs.
We are unable to offer a Free Return Service, however we would be happy to exchange the goods for something else of your choice but postage of £4.99 (for UK parcels) will be charged.
In case of return all extra services including stitching, fitting, postage, packaging and handling cannot be refund and it varies for different items.
There is no guarantee of availability of all sizes and colours on exchanges.

If you return an item to us outside of the terms and conditions of our return policy and you statutory rights do not apply we may not refund you.
You must take reasonable care of the goods and immediately return them to us in the normal way. We will not consider that you have taken reasonable care of the goods if they have been used in a way or to an extent beyond what would be reasonable when examining the goods in a shop before purchase.
You can return your goods via a Post Office using a second class recorded delivery for parcel under 1 kg in weight. You need to ensure that you get the proof of posting and adequate insurance to cover the value of returned goods. We do not provide a free return service.
Please ensure items are adequately packaged and labelled and your completed returns form is enclosed.
Post your parcel to: Rameen Fashion, 33 Flamborough Spur, Slough, SL1 9JB cannot accept liability of items until they have been received by our office; therefore you need to ensure that you get the proof of posting and adequate insurance to cover the value of returned goods.
Postage & Packing costs are non-refundable unless your statutory rights apply. We are not responsible for the items which do not reach us therefore please ask the Post Office for a free Certificate of Postage.
